Friday Night, AKA The Pre-Party
Friday night, all guests who are coming to the wedding are invited to hang out with us at Patterson's Pub in Windsor! Exciting features of Patterson's include Jalapeño Poppers, "Harp-Beer Battered Icelandic Cod Fried to a Golden Brown," 21 beers on tap, and Negronis. So pretty much a surefire hit.

What Should I Wear?
We're having a pig roast and lawn games all afternoon and into the night, so we recommend attire that makes you feel like playing, dancing... and eating a lot!
Our wedding site is all grass, save for the dance floor, which is concrete. We strongly recommend flats or wedges for the ladies.
The average high temperature for May 19 in Windsor, California, is 80 degrees. The average low (overnight) is 51 degrees. The average total rainfall for the month of May is 1.56 inches. Stevie likes to wear sundresses when it is 80 and sweaters when it is 51. She'll be wearing a dress for her wedding. And she might have a sweater with her. And she asks for your prayers that it doesn't rain :)

We are having a day-after brunch/site cleanup, and EVERYONE is invited! We'll supply donuts, coffee and orange juice; you supply your community service (and litter-stabber stick, if you like) to help us clean up the site, take down decorations and make sure nature in the Russian River Valley is restored to peace.
The Day-After Brunch Slash Site Cleanup is from 9:30am-12noon on Sunday, May 20 at the wedding site. If you left your car overnight, you can pick it up then and hang out a bit.

Goodies to Get Us, Should You Be So Inclined...
a.k.a. The Registry
We don't have the typical registry on Pottery Barn or anything like that... we love Pottery Barn, sure, but instead, we found this amazing site, and we have our Honeymoon Registry on Honeyfund (fun to say: Honeyfund Honeyfund Honeyfund!!) where you can buy us experiences on our honeymoon to Costa Rica and give us memories that will last a lifetime :) NEAT!

Taxi! Holler!
No drunk driving at our wedding, please! We will have a lot of amazing beer and wine, but the biggest priority is that everyone is safe. To ensure this, we've made a few arrangements:
1) You may drive to the wedding; volunteers from the local 4H club will be helping to park cars in between the vine rows.
2) Cars may be left on-site overnight and picked up the next morning (we're also having a site clean-up that morning, where all are welcome, and where we'll provide donuts!).
3) Local taxi services (put these in your phone NOW!):

Holiday Inn Express: "Featuring Rich, Buttery French Toast"
Hi friends and family!
We found our photographer! She's sweet and adorable and gets our style perfectly. Most importantly, she promises not to take up an hour of our time doing staid "group shots" while we'd rather be partying.
In other news, we finally got a block of rooms reserved at Holiday Inn Express in Sonoma. Fear not: There's a pool, jacuzzi, wireless internet access, color TVs and complimentary breakfast ("featuring rich, buttery French toast, world-famous cinnamon rolls, bold 100% Arabica bean coffee and much more.") In other words, ye shall want for nothing!

Finally, if you're still interested in renting a vacation home for your stay, you'd be wise to act swiftly. Homes are booking up quickly. Also, you might have luck searching for vacation rentals in Santa Rosa or Healdsburg, but be sure to check to see how close the property is to 3575 Slusser Road in Windsor, CA--because that's where the party happens!
